1) The need for a true Private Broker who acts ONLY on behalf of the buyer. We will find the ideal property for you, the buyer, independent of the incentives given to us by sellers and promotors. Most agencies and brokers are promotors of specific projects, which means that they will try to push that specific project. This is where we distinguish ourselves: we only act in your best interest and cover the complete market.

The way the real estate market operates on the Costa de Sol, allows us to have access to literally all the properties that are for sale. We have access to the different listing portals, where each property is listed by one specific agency (the listing agent).

We team up with those agencies on your behalf. So instead of searching the market through varies different brokers and agencies, you will inform us what your buying criteria are so we may search the market for you. You will have unlimited access to all the properties, while we will be motivated to be able to act on behalf of you, our client.

2) 100% focus on beachside properties only. There are beautiful apartments and villas with views to golf courses, the sea and the mountains, all over the Costa del Sol. But we made a choice to focus only on those properties that are located on the beachside of the A7 motorway that crosses from Malaga to Sotogrande between the mountains and the sea.

All of our properties are either beach front or beach side. They are either first line beach, or 2nd or 3rd line etc… Most have spectacular sea views, some are direct beachfront and some are walking distance to the sea and the boulevard. All of them are located on the seaside (south east) of the main road and walking distance to the beach.
