Estepona

Having grown slowly over centuries rather than exponentially over decades, the former fishermen's village of Estepona has maintained its authenticity and Spanish charm.

Marbella East

The region to the east of Marbella consists of several areas including Los Monteros, Las Chapas, Cabopino, El Rosario, Elviria, Marbesa, Cabopino and Mijas Costa.

Los Monteros and Las Chapas are the more prestigious areas with larger plots, private locations and lush vegetation. Elviria has the largest number of local facilities and services, Marbesa is a peaceful beachside location popular for residents and Cabopino has a nice beach and a small, prestigious marina.

This is the name given to the area between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona. Although mainly a marketing trick to suggest similarities with Marbella´s Golden Mile, the most expensive and exclusive area on the Costa del Sol, The New Golden Mile is interesting in its own right.

A beautiful setting with golf courses and mountains on the inland and beachside developments on the sea side and the proximity to Marbella, Nueva Andalucia, San Pedro de Alcántara, Puerto Banus and Estepona are attractive features for those that look to maximize value for money.

San Pedro de Alcantara

While still retaining features of its colonial past in the town centre around the square with the church, San Pedro de Alcántara has developed into a first class tourist destination with luxury housing complexes, quality restaurants and a 2 km long beautifully tiles promenade alongside the beach.
