Edmond has been living and breathing real estate for as long as he can remember. He first got the property bug in 1994, when he began investing in and developing properties in Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, London, São Paulo, Bahia and on the Costa del Sol. In 2006, he founded three real estate brokerages in Brazil and Spain, all of these agencies are still going strong today. Marbella Beachfront is his latest venture.
Edmond lives with his Brazilian wife and five children in Estepona, “the garden of the Costa del Sol” one of the region’s fastest growing towns. With such a large family and a dynamic real estate brokerage in a booming luxury property market… there is never a dull moment!
Belgian born Mathieu, has a background in banking and has provided financing for estate investments and developments throughout Europe for many years. Although, he has only recently become a partner in Marbella Beachfront, Mathieu has been visiting Marbella and Costa del Sol for over 15 years. After developing an affinity with Marbella’s unique lifestyle, over the years he has immersed himself in the region’s vibrant culture, and explored the diverse neighbourhoods and landscapes of this beautiful stretch of coastline.
Mathieu is married and has two children and as a family man, he understands the importance of finding the best beachside property for sale on the Costa del Sol … as this property will become the perfect family home.
